General trading conditions of the VAM Srl.

All prices are with 20% tax.  For 
Customers with European-Identnr. and deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and outside the european community will the tax be cancelled. Vam Srl. is not responsible for any taxes or duties by importing their articles outside of the EU. Our fans are built for the european market and their standard is TÜV/GS and CE. Vam Srl. is not responsible for any other standards demanded by other non EU countries while importing our articles.

Our offers are not-binding, intermediate sale, price adjustments and changes in technology and Design reserved. 

 
We sell against payment COD, Paypal (Paypal accepts VISA and Mastercard. You only have to click : no paypal account, then you enter your country and Paypal opens the creditcard acceptance procedure ) or advanced payment. We reserve ourselves the right to implement orders by downpayment.  Supplies take place by UPS or by forwarder.

Shipment fees :
Forwarding expenses within Europe are listed for each european country exactly under Shipping & Returns. The forwarding expenses computation effected before confirmation of order in the file "to the cash go" and for your order exactly one calculates.  Forwarding expenses into that non-European foreign country on request. 

Warranty :
We grant for all models a warranty of 2 years. The high end models and the Hunter fans are with a 5 or 20 year warranty on the motor.

Conversion, cancellation and return conversion or return of the commodity are possible within 14 days after supply.  The commodity must be sent back then in the original packaging as well as freely by customs traces and carriage free.  For cancellation, conversion and returns we compute overall 25.00 euro handling charge. 
The delivery always takes place under extended retention of title.
